  1. How long does it take to get my frames?

    1. On average it would take seven business days from the date you place your order. The shipping date can vary slightly due to the volume of orders. During our very busy season, or if you have a special order that we do not normally keep in stock, it may take a little longer. Please advise us of your upcoming shows, deadlines or special circumstances and we will make every effort to meet your important dates.

  2. Do I pay for the freight charges?

    1. All orders under $100.00 will be billed a $15.00 flat rate. Orders $100.00 - $500.00 will be charged 10% of the invoice total, before taxes. Orders over $500.00 will receive free shipping. You may choose to have the freight costs included on your invoice or shipped collect, depending on your courier choice.

  3. Do you have volume discounts?

    1. Yes, we do offer volume discounts. If you order 4 frames you will receive a 5% discount. When you order 8 frames you will receive a 10% discount. And when you order 12 frames you will receive a 15% discount.

  4. Can I get sample corners?

    1. Yes. You can either call our toll free number: 1-800-892-8855 and order through one of our staff. Or you can click here to print out our downloadable sample request form, fill it out and fax it in to us at (250) 765-6117. The first 20 Moulding corner samples are free, and then there is a $2.00 charge for each additional moulding sample. The first 5 liner corner samples are free, and then there is a $6.00 charge for each additional liner sample. Plein Air corner samples are $6.00 each.

  5. Do you cut odd sizes?

    1. Yes, we will cut any size you require as long as it is within the measurement of the moulding length and/or fabric width.

  6. Can I order custom sized canvas?

    1. Yes. The canvas width maximum is 54 inches. Our canvas is 7 ounce Fredrix double primed and back stapled. Custom canvas is priced at $ .66 per united inch for our Classic Premium Canvas. This includes the price of the stretcher bar. We also have Classic Gallery Canvas which is our deeper stretcher bar. (1 1/2”) It is priced at $1.30 per united inch, this also includes the cost of the stretcher bar. 12 ounce canvas is also available.

  7. What if I want a narrower liner than your standard 3 1/2"?

    1. We can cut down your liner width for an additional $5.00 cost per frame. If you require a narrower liner please order the width required including the inner lip in the measurement. Example: CL2-G-O cut down to 2 1/2” overall - overall meaning your liner width will be 2 1/2” including the inner lip.

  8. Do you stretch canvas, giclees and oils?

    1. Yes. We charge $ .72 per united inch to stretch your painting on to our Classic Premium Stretcher Bar. This includes the price of the stretcher bar. We charge $1.00 per united inch to stretch your painting on to our Classic Gallery Stretcher Bar. This also includes the price of the stretcher bar.

  9. Do you have a toll-free number?

    1. Yes, our toll free number is 1-800-892-8855. Our hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. You may also leave a message on our voice mail.

  10. Do you ship to the United States?

    1. Yes. We ship to the states by Fed-Ex Ground, and DHL. The shipping rates are outlined in question 2.

  11. What are the various ways I can pay for my order?

    1. You can order online and pay through Pay Pal or we also accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For U.S. customers we accept Visa Mastercard, or money orders. If you have filled out and returned a credit application, and it has been approved, you may make your payment within 30 days. If you do not have credit with us, we require a credit card number or pre-payment before we can ship your order. Your credit card will be run on the same day that we ship your order.
